This Privacy Policy describes how The Fourth Estate Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you download and use any of our apps (the “Game”), available on the Apple App Store.

1 Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal contact information to use the Game.

Automatically Collected Information (via third-party services): The Game displays advertisements through Google AdMob. 

AdMob may automatically collect certain device and usage information in order to serve ads, including:

  • Device identifiers (such as Apple’s Advertising Identifier / IDFA)
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Device type, operating system, and app usage data

This information is collected and processed by Google, not directly by us. We do not have access to, and do not store, this data ourselves.

2 Third-Party Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display ads within the Game. AdMob may use device identifiers and other data to deliver relevant advertising and measure ad performance. Google’s use of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

App Tracking Transparency (ATT): If AdMob uses your device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies, the Game will present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt to request your permission before any such tracking occurs. You may allow or deny this request, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

3 Children’s Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

4 Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

  • Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
  • Photos, contacts, or precise location data
  • Payment or financial information (the Game does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions)
  • User-generated content or communications

5 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Aside from Google AdMob as described above, we do not share information with third parties.

6 Data Retention

Because we do not directly collect personal data, we do not retain personal data on our own systems. Data processed by AdMob is retained according to Google’s privacy policy.

7 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable law (such as the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California) regarding data processed by AdMob, including the right to access, delete, or opt out of the sale/sharing of your data. Since we do not directly hold personal data, these requests are generally best directed to Google, or you may contact us and we will assist where possible.

You can also limit ad tracking at any time via your device’s Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or by resetting your Advertising Identifier.

8 International Users

AdMob may process data on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the Game, you acknowledge that such processing may take place as described in Google’s privacy policy.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
